You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. There is no way to guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Orders once received are typically packaged, processed, and shipped within 24-48 hours. This is an estimate and may be impacted by unforseen circumstances, holidays, and processing issues. Packages once shipped typically take 2-4 days to arrive. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail or UPS. Orders placed after 2 p.m. may not ship until the following business day. Please feel free to give us a call for estimated arrival of your order. Orders placed after 10am Mountain Standard Time on Saturday cannot be shipped until the next Monday.
Shipping is only available at this time domestically within the United States.
In case of trouble processing your order, Cannagea’s customer service team will reachout within 24-48 hours of recieving your order to correct the problem.
