Cannagea Same-Day Home Delivery

In response to COVID-19, Cannagea is offering FREE same-day delivery on all of its CBD products for residents of Fort Collins, Loveland, Timnath, Laporte and Windsor.

Q: Is there a cut-off time for receiving same-day delivery?

A: Orders must be placed online or over the phone by 4:30 pm to be eligible for same-day delivery. If placed after 4:30 pm the delivery will go out the next day.

Q: How do I opt-in for a free delivery when ordering online?

A: Once you have selected the products you wish to order proceed to the Checkout page easily accessible from the top right corner of your screen. Fill out your shipping and billing address form and then scroll to the bottom of the page. On the bottom right select FORT COLLINS DELIVERY from the shipping options.

Q: Can my package still be shipped to a Fort Collins address via USPS/UPS?

A: If you do not want your package delivered follow the steps from the answer above, but select FLAT RATE from the shipping methods. Your box will be mailed to your address with our standard two-day shipping.

Q: What Zip codes in Fort Collins are eligible for free delivery?

A: Cannagea is currently offering free delivery for the following Zip Codes: 80521, 80522, 80523, 80524, 80525 and 80526.

Q: What Zip Codes outside of Fort Collins are eligible for Free delivery?

A: 80543, 80537, 80538, 80535, 80528, and 80550. If you do not see your Zip Code, but believe you are eligible for our same-day delivery service please feel free to contact us at (970)999-5712.

Q: How will I know when my order is out for delivery?

A: One of our Cannagea staff members will contact you when your order is out for delivery via phone call. Once receiving the call you can expect your delivery within 1-3 hours.

Q: Where will my order be left once delivered?

A: Cannagea staff will leave your package on the doorstep of your residence and ring the doorbell, knock or call. Due to restrictions on face-to-face interaction, our staff will not hand you the package.

Q: Can I return an order that was delivered or shipped?

A: At this time we will not be accepting product returns once delivered due to the current outbreak. This is to protect the health of our staff and customers. Q: Do you accept tips for delivery?

A: We have had several recipients of our same-day delivery service attempt to tip our delivery staff. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we will NOT be accepting cash tips of any sort. As a general policy, we will not be accepting any form of tips for our service.
